An Air Canada plane narrowly avoided disaster when its landing gear caught fire during touchdown at Halifax Airport. The incident, caused by a technical malfunction, happened on a flight from Saint John to Halifax.

 

Despite the fire, the pilot safely landed the aircraft, and emergency crews responded quickly. This incident marks the third aviation mishap reported this week, following a deadly plane crash in South Korea and an Azerbaijani plane crash in Kazakhstan.
